At HK Insights we are committed to designing, developing and sourcing creative, defect-free products that meet the high expectations of our customers. OUR TEAM LEADERS

Fritz Hoefer, Principal, has extensive experience in sales, marketing and general management with several multinational consumer products firms including Ayerst, Unilever, Beiersdorf AG, Bath & Body Works and HK Insights.

Joseph M. Roy, Principal, is a manufacturing, operations, supply chain and sourcing expert with a background at Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and Bath & Body Works. He has built and run industry recognized world class manufacturing facilities.

George Ziets has several years R&D experience at Johnson & Johnson, Ortho, Maybelline, and Bath & Body Works, where he ran the global product development group. George is also Chairman of The Society of Cosmetic Chemists, National Treasurer of The Society of Cosmetics Chemists, a member of the Board of Directors of Biosearch Medical Products and the Scientific Advisory Executive Committee of the Cosmetic, Toiletry, Fragrance Association (CTFA)

OUR HISTORY

When we opened our doors in May 2001, we had a vision of a boutique company that would take an unexpected, more creative approach to product development. Since then, we’ve watched our vision not only become a reality but actually surpass our original goal. As we’ve continued to add services like developing and sourcing packaging, and formulating and testing products, we’ve evolved into a company that is able to provide all the components necessary to take a new product from concept to shelf.

Today, HK Insights is an innovative, global product development firm that counts among its clients some of the largest, most successful retailers and consumer packaged goods companies in the world. To date, we have conceived, developed, sourced, and launched more than 500 new products. But no matter how large we grow, we’ll never lose sight of our initial vision: to add creative insight to your business in order to ensure that every product we develop is unique - from your brand to your customer.
